June 14, 2018 A native of Cuba, began her ballet training at the age of 11 in Miami at Ballet Concerto, and continued her studies with Thomas Armour and Martha Mahr. At the age of 16, she received a Ford Foundation Scholarship to the School of American Ballet in New York. April 26, 2015 As a member of the New York City Ballet, Mr. Fleming danced principal roles in works by George Balanchine, Jerome Robbins and Peter Martins. Gerard Ebitz
September 10, 2014 Gerard Ebitz danced professionally with the New York City Ballet and was a founding member of Miami City Ballet. He was a principle dancer with the Pacific Northwest Ballet and the Zurich Ballet. Mr. Ebitz has received world-recognition for his choreography and teaching and has been on the faculty of NWSA since 1988.

For 87 years, Conchita Espinosa Conservatory of the Arts (CEC) has maintained their commitment to the development of young artists. CEC offers students exceptional technical and artistic training within a nurturing environment that allows them to develop into human beings with a deep understanding, appreciation, and respect for the Arts. Enrollment is open to the community and not limited to students from the Academy. Classes are also available for professionals and adults.
