We are only a few weeks away from Festival! The majority of the Festival costumes will be distributed to families the week of April 7th through 11th.
Please note that costumes must be paid in full before you can receive them.
Below is the schedule by group. Your child’s group schedule is the only time you can pick up these costumes, which must be worn for our dress-rehearsal on May 3rd.

Any groups not listed above will be called when their costumes are ready to be distributed.
Costumes will only be given to the parents of the child. If you are unable to pick up the costume on your assigned date/time and need someone else to pick up your child’s costume, please email
Maria Ofelia Armas at mgarmas@conchitaespinosa.com giving consent to someone else to pick up your child’s costume. Please note the costume must be paid in full beforehand, or it will not be handed out.
High School Dancers Only — Only dancers 18 years old may pick up their own costume. If your high school child is not 18, but you would like them to take their own costume or sign on your behalf, please email Maria Ofelia Armas directly at mgarmas@conchitaespinosa.com to make arrangements.
